Sthenjwa Legal is a proudly South African consultancy legal firm with offices in Potchefstroom and Emalahleni, serving clients across South Africa and the broader African continent. We are a 100% Black-owned, B-BBEE Level 1 aligned practice built for transformation — combining deep regulatory and legal expertise with a community-centred approach to deliver compliance without compromise, and outcomes that endure.
We are widely recognised as a leading voice in mining law and environmental regulatory law, and we bring that same rigour and care to our labour and employment law practice, commercial advisory work, and municipal and public-sector dispute resolution.
